Tell us a bit about yourself and your journey into holistic coaching.
I started my coaching business after realizing that I had been living in an unnecessarily lonely way during perimenopause and menopause. This awakening motivated me to help others—primarily women—who might be settling for less in life without realizing it. Over time, I expanded my focus to include men, as they also face societal pressures and internal struggles, especially during midlife. My mission is to guide people to heal their bodies, rediscover their true selves, and live life authentically.

Who typically seeks your guidance, and how do you help them?
My clients are mostly individuals in midlife, though that term can mean different things to different people. For women, it often aligns with perimenopause or menopause, and for men, it’s the challenges of modern expectations. My coaching focuses on fostering physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Clients often start with goals like weight loss or improved health and end up experiencing a deeper spiritual transformation. Through practices like yoga, meditation, and intermittent fasting, they learn to view their bodies as allies rather than obstacles.

What inspired you to launch your venture, INDIGO?
INDIGO was born from my desire to create a space for transformation—a place where people could truly listen to their inner voice. I want to help clients challenge societal norms and embrace a life of authenticity and joy. It’s been a rewarding journey, seeing people reclaim their vitality and purpose.

How do people typically find out about you and your services?
Mostly through word of mouth, testimonials from past clients, and my digital presence. I have a website, an Instagram account, a YouTube channel, and an online course that serves as an introduction to my coaching philosophy. My book also reaches those looking for inspiration and guidance.

Q: What challenges have you faced in your business?
Like many small business owners, attracting more clients is a challenge. I have meaningful engagement with my current clients, but growing my client base and reaching a broader audience remain areas I’m working on.

What are your plans for 2025?
I’m focusing on several exciting projects this year. I’m promoting my online course, Can I Still Eat the Bread?, which introduces people to my approach to wellness. I’m also launching a group program for women called Your Body, Your Ally on the summer solstice. It’s designed to create a transformative experience rooted in self-love and empowerment. Additionally, I’m hosting local workshops to engage more with the community.

What motivational message would you like to share, especially with women?
It is never too late—or too early—to listen to your body and honor its wisdom. Your body holds a lifetime of experiences and knowledge that your mind may overlook. By respecting and nurturing your body, you unlock the door to your best life. Transformation begins when we shift from discipline to devotion—making our well-being a lifelong commitment.
