Life often tests us with challenges, but some individuals transform those trials into wisdom and guidance for others. Carolyn Queale is one such woman. Her journey of self-discovery, resilience, and faith has shaped her into a guide for those seeking clarity, healing, and alignment. Through deep personal experiences, she has embraced the power of intuition and compassion, offering a vision of leadership and life that centers on balance, truth, and inner strength. Her story inspires our global community of 5M+ changemakers at Humans of Fuzia to believe in the possibilities that arise when women lead with heart and authenticity.
Q: Carolyn, what inspired you to start your journey?
I would say my own life challenges. In my twenties, I read The Celestine Prophecy, which opened my eyes to the energy of life and how we respond to it. That set me on a path of seeking deeper understanding. Later, I had what I call an awakening—it was like stepping out of Plato’s cave and seeing a new future. I realized I was here to guide people toward creating a better society, almost like a “heaven on earth.” That moment was transformative and shaped the work I do today.
Q: What were some of the challenges you faced along the way, and how did you overcome them?
For me, the biggest challenge was learning how to explain what I was experiencing and trusting myself fully. Life gave me endless opportunities to embody those lessons—meaning I had to go through challenges, not just learn about them. There was a time when I couldn’t get a job at 40, and I had to use everything I had learned to truly transform my own life. Through meditation, self-awareness, and embracing intuition, I discovered that once you overcome something yourself, you’re able to guide others through it with compassion.
Q: Do you consider yourself an entrepreneur? Who supports you in this journey?
My support has been spiritual. I’ve had no physical team, but I’ve always trusted my higher self and divine guidance. Faith has been my foundation—believing that everything I do leads to my highest good. Sometimes this meant going in directions very different from others, but I had to honor that path. It has been about trust, self-belief, and staying true to who I am.
Q: From a women’s empowerment perspective, what are your thoughts on women in leadership today?
I believe women are meant to lead, not above men, but alongside them. Women bring intuition, compassion, and nurturing qualities—things society has undervalued for too long. True leadership requires both feminine and masculine qualities in balance. When women lead with intuition, men can support that energy, and together we create harmony. We are nature, and women birth new societies. That’s the kind of leadership I see as the way forward.
Q: Finally, what is your personal definition of success?
Success, for me, is speaking your own truth and following your heart. It’s not about someone else’s definition but aligning your mind and heart so that you live authentically. When you do that, you find yourself moving in the right direction, supported by the flow of life.
