Tell us a bit about yourself and your background.
I’m Caroline Sommer, I’m part of an international community of individuals and integrative health professionals known as God’s molecule. I’m a French multi-expat who has lived in Spain for over ten years. I’m part of an international community of integrative health professionals—including doctors, therapists, nutritionists, and spiritual healers. Together, we help people better understand their health and harness their body’s natural ability to heal itself.
What inspired your journey in integrative medicine?
My mission has always been to educate people about the perfection of the human body and how it’s designed to heal itself—when given the right support. The central element we focus on is glutathione, known as the “God molecule.” It’s found in every living cell and performs over 450 functions in the body—from immune support and detoxification to energy production and antioxidant defense. Yet, most people have never even heard of it.
Who do you serve, and how do they find you?
The people we help are truly global—99% of humans can benefit from our work. We work with individuals who are dealing with chronic illnesses, high performers like CEOs and athletes, and even children or elderly people. We also work with professionals across anti-aging, beauty, and sports industries. I connect with people through Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp. We’ve supported individuals in over 75 countries, and that number keeps growing.
What challenges have you faced on this journey?
The biggest challenge is time and capacity—we’re never enough in number to support the volume of people who need help. Another challenge is the lack of education around true healing. Most people are used to masking symptoms with medication rather than addressing the root cause. That’s why we’re trying to expand our community—to bring in more heart-led individuals who are willing to learn and help others, regardless of their background or experience.
What are your goals for 2025?
This year, one of my goals is to build stronger human connections. I recently organized an intimate physical event to celebrate our progress and hear real stories of transformation. It reminded me why we do what we do—changing and even saving lives. Beyond that, I aim to grow our global community and continue spreading awareness about real healing.
Any special message for our readers?
Yes—three key thoughts I live by:
- Invest in your health, or you’ll have to pay for your illnesses.
- Procrastinating in health can be fatal.
- Healthy people have a million dreams. But someone facing illness has only one—to be healthy.
Caroline Sommer’s story is a heartfelt reminder that true health is not just the absence of illness—it’s a foundation for a purposeful and joyful life. Her work in integrative healing is bringing light and hope to people across the globe.
