Q: Carol, tell us a bit about what inspired you to start The Little Training Company.
I’ve always been passionate about helping people grow. Over the years, I saw that many professionals struggle not because they lack technical skills, but because they struggle with communication, leadership, or confidence. That’s when I realized the impact of providing training that focuses on real human development — helping people express themselves better and work more effectively with others.
Q: What kind of impact have you seen through your work?
One of the most rewarding things is watching people change how they see themselves. Whether it’s a leader who learns to connect more deeply with their team, or an individual who finally feels confident enough to speak up in meetings — those moments are powerful. It’s about helping people believe in their voice and value.
Q: How do you see leadership evolving in today’s world?
Leadership today isn’t about authority; it’s about empathy, listening, and inclusivity. The best leaders are those who create safe spaces where people feel seen and supported. I often tell my clients — leadership starts with self-awareness and genuine care for others.
Q: What’s next for you and your work?
I’ll be doing a lot of traveling in the coming months, which gives me a chance to meet people from different backgrounds and cultures. It’s something that always brings new perspective to my work. I’m also exploring ways to integrate more personalized learning experiences for professionals who want to grow in specific areas.
