Can you share your story — how did you end up where you are today?
In 2022, just eight months into my first job, I was laid off. I was only 22, and I didn’t even tell my family—I wasn’t ready to see the disappointment. I smiled during the day and cried at night, but deep down, something refused to give up.
With no job or plan, I turned to LinkedIn and began writing—about design, self-growth, life. I didn’t have a niche, just my story. Slowly, I built a personal brand. Then came Fuzia—a place that didn’t just hire me, but believed in me.
Now, I lead global clients, mentor creatives, and build brands as a Project Delivery Manager. From being laid off to leading, I’m grateful for every challenge—it brought me here.

What’s a value you live by every day — and is there a childhood memory connected to it?
Kindness. I was a furious kid—quick to argue when things felt unfair. One day, my mom told me:
“Even if you’re right, speak with grace. People won’t remember what you wore, they’ll remember how you made them feel.”
That changed everything. Now, whether it’s feedback or tough conversations, I try to lead with calm, truth, and kindness.

What’s a moment that made you feel really proud of yourself?
When I hit 10K followers on LinkedIn and one of my posts went viral with over 50,000 impressions. Ironically, it was a rushed post I wasn’t proud of—but it clicked. It reminded me that honesty and showing up matter more than perfection. From zero to building something real—I’ll always be proud of that.

How has being at Fuzia made a difference in your life?
After being laid off, I feared joining another company. I promised myself I’d never work for anyone again. But when I got the call from Fuzia, everything changed.
From day one, I was treated like a leader—trusted, empowered, and supported. I’ve grown from Junior Designer to Project Delivery Manager, all while working from home with real work-life balance. Fuzia helped me rebuild my faith in healthy workplaces.

What message would you give to someone who wants to be in your kind of role?
Start before you feel ready. You don’t need years of experience—just curiosity, consistency, and courage. Don’t be afraid to ask for help. I began with zero project management experience. What helped me grow was a learning mindset and the willingness to show up every day. Own your growth and stay hungry.
