Can you share a bit about your personal journey and how it shaped the work you do today?
I had a defining moment about 10 years ago when I realized I was deeply disconnected from myself. I had spent years ignoring my own voice, dealing with childhood trauma, and living in a way that didn’t serve me. After going through my own healing process — therapy, coaching, and deep personal reflection — I realized I had a calling to help others do the same. That’s when I knew I wanted to become a coach and speaker.
What is the core message behind the work you do with women today?
My core message is: “Your truth matters.” I help women uncover the truth of who they are, reclaim their power, and live authentically. Whether it’s through one-on-one coaching, speaking engagements, or group programs, my goal is to create a safe space for women to be seen, heard, and supported as they grow.
You’ve shared that you love helping women reconnect with themselves. Why is this so important to you?
Because I know what it’s like to be disconnected. We often try to live up to expectations or stay in survival mode. But healing happens when we return to ourselves, to that inner voice that knows who we are and what we need. I want women to stop playing small, to speak their truth, and to recognize that they don’t need to be fixed — they need to be witnessed and supported.
What are some of the biggest challenges women face in this journey, and how do you help them overcome those?
Shame is a big one. Many women feel guilt for putting themselves first or for speaking up. I guide them in releasing that shame and building a new narrative — one where they are allowed to take up space, make empowered choices, and celebrate their worth.
You’ve given a TEDx talk — congratulations! What was that experience like?
Thank you! It was powerful. The talk was about women reclaiming their stories and identities. Standing on that stage and sharing my truth was both vulnerable and liberating. It reaffirmed everything I believe in: that when we speak up, we create space for others to do the same.
What advice would you give to a woman who feels lost or unsure of her path?
Start by getting quiet and listening to your inner voice. It’s always been there, even if you’ve silenced it for a long time. You don’t need to have it all figured out — just take one courageous step at a time. And know that you are never alone on this path.
“When a woman shares her truth, she gives permission for others to do the same. That’s how we heal — together.”
