Could you elaborate on the nature of your business, highlighting its purpose and the ways it benefits people?
GTM Unbound helps SaaS and tech companies scale across the US-India corridor through bold Go-To-Market strategies, strategic partnerships, and community-led growth. We design high-impact workshops, sprints, and playbooks to unlock revenue and expansion. Think of us as your GTM co-pilot—bridging global ambition with smart execution.
What inspired you to start your journey as a coach and entrepreneur? Were there any specific events, challenges, or people that motivated you to take this path?
After years of working with global companies and high-growth startups, I saw the same pattern—brilliant founders struggling to scale not because of product gaps, but because of go-to-market blind spots. I wanted to change that.
The turning point was seeing how many India-born companies hit walls trying to enter the U.S., and vice versa. I knew the playbooks were broken—or simply missing.
GTM Unbound was born to fix that gap. And along the way, I found deep joy in coaching founders—not just on strategy, but on navigating the chaos with clarity and confidence.
Looking back at the beginning of your career, what were the major challenges you faced when establishing yourself as a leader/coach? How did you overcome those obstacles?
(No response provided)
Would you like to share any remarkable achievement?
One of my most memorable achievements was receiving the Pinnacle Award (President’s Excellence Award) at American Express in July 2016.
I also held the #1 sales position across India for three consecutive years and gained deep experience in both corporate and merchant acquisition.
Women are a growing force in the workplaces worldwide, standing shoulder to shoulder with their male counterparts. What are your thoughts about women leadership today?
Women leadership today is not just rising—it’s redefining the game.
We’re seeing more women lead with authenticity, empathy, and strategic clarity, proving that leadership doesn’t have to fit an old mold to be effective.
But let’s be honest—there’s still work to do. Access, visibility, and decision-making power aren’t evenly distributed yet.
That’s why I believe in amplifying women who lead boldly, support generously, and build without waiting for permission. When we rise, we lift others with us.
What message/advice would you have for future women leaders and aspiring entrepreneurs?
Own your voice, even if it shakes.
Don’t wait to be “ready”—start before you have it all figured out. The clarity comes from action.
Surround yourself with people who challenge you, champion you, and remind you of your power on the tough days.
And remember: you don’t have to lead like anyone else to lead well. Build your version. That’s where the magic is.
