Tell us about your path — how did your journey bring you here?
My journey has been shaped by a mix of curiosity, adaptability, and a strong interest in building meaningful solutions. I started my career in a product-based company as a backend and customer support, gradually taking on responsibilities that connected product, operations, and team collaboration. Over time, I realized I thrive in roles that allow me to wear multiple hats and contribute across different stages of a project — from planning to execution.
As I progressed, I looked for environments that valued ownership, impact, and continuous learning. That search led me here — to a team and mission that align with my values and strengths. It’s been a natural step forward in my growth journey.
What’s a value you live by every day — and is there a childhood memory connected to it?
I live by the value of doing meaningful work, staying curious, and always growing. As a child, I often took up new hobbies just out of pure interest — that habit of learning and doing what feels worth it still drives me today.
Can you recall a moment (big or small) that made you feel really proud?
Oh, there are plenty — but most are unfit for a professional setting 😉. On the work front, I’m proud of building and running the entire tech and website department solo for the past 4 years. From coordinating with vendors to managing every tech project start to finish — it’s been quite the ride! Winning two quarterly awards along the way was just the cherry on top.
What has being part of the team meant to you?
It’s been like finding a space where I can stretch, stumble, learn, and lead — all at once. I’ve had the freedom to grow on my terms while being part of something bigger and purpose-driven. Plus, being the one-woman tech army has definitely kept things interesting!
What message would you give to someone who wants to be in your kind of role?
Be curious, have a learning attitude, and don’t hesitate to explore things on your own. Building good relationships with your team goes a long way in getting things done smoothly. And yes — AI tools like GPT are your best friend, use them smartly!
