Raluca Stan
Raluca Stan, Business & Executive Coach, and a Clinical Psychologist, developed her business in the last 5 years, in the field of coaching. The coaching process in her approach, helps people get unstuck when they don’t see the light at the end of the tunnel. Or, if they are in a transition in any area of their professional, business or personal life, they accelerate this process while they learn from it, gain insights, develop and have that ripple effect on everyone and everything around them.
What were your initial years of growing up like? Tell us about your life before starting your corporate journey/venture/initiative.
First, I was afraid that I would not be able to support myself financially, then that it would be hard for me to have many clients and then that I am not qualified to do this.
Every industry that is now a large-scale, top-notch business once started as a small idea in the minds of entrepreneurs. What was that idea or motivation that made you start your business /initiative? What motivated you within to say YES, go for it!”
The motivation came from the idea that I want to put quality ingredients in everything I do. That means values, principles and ethics. So, I wanted to create that service that I would use 🙂
Tell us something about your initiative or current role. What is it about, and what impact are you trying to make?
Now I work with individuals and with groups and help them achieve their goals, find their drive, create those big and meaningful things in their life or career, business. And, by doing this, we leave a positive mark in this work, we build together good foundations for the future generations.
Your journey and your vision are very inspiring, but are there any achievements or accomplishments you would like to mention?
Yes, I am also an active volunteer in ICF (International Coaching Federation) Romania chapter, where we bring coaching closer to people.
Also, I love when clients achieve their goals and beyond them, they discover new amazing parts of themselves and transform themselves along this journey.
Would you like to share with our young budding women entrepreneurs the change you would like to see in the world if given an opportunity?
Sure, I would love to empower people to act more from their kindness and their true selves. In this way, we would be able to be more authentic and inspire others to be the same and build that togetherness.
Women are a growing force in the workplaces worldwide, standing shoulder to shoulder with their male counterparts. There are cracks in glass ceilings everywhere, with many women breaking through to carve out a space right at the top of the pyramid. What are your thoughts about women leadership today?
I think that women are great leaders in today’s world. Also, they bring lots of empathy, warmth and together, with their fellow men colleagues, they bring more balance in everything they do. I totally believe that we also need masculine and feminine energy in a balanced quantity 🙂
What would you want to say to our young women leaders/audience reading this?
I would say to believe in themselves and, when dealing with challenges, to reconnect with their true self, to meet other women on the same path, so they cooperate one with another. I truly believe that if we will go together, we will reach far more than we can imagine
