Tell us about your life before the venture/ leading up to your venture?
Before starting the business I was finishing up my business degree online. I was working with a small non-profit organization and helping with marketing and partnerships. My husband and I always wanted to start a business, but we were not sure what to do. We stumbled upon Life Coaching and started doing our research. We learned that life coaching defined who we were as people and desired to help other people reach success in their business while we were working on reaching success in ours.
Tell us something about your organization. What is it about and how is it helpful for people?
We help people in their day to day life and in their business growth. We ask questions that dig deep and force people to think about their life and their business in a way they hadn’t thought before. We challenge their mindset and we come alongside them and give them tools to succeed. For example, one of my clients has never taken the time to develop core values for his company. He is a brilliant and very successful attorney, however he was struggling with finding the right people. I asked him what his company core values were and he didn’t have any. So, I explained that core values are part of the foundation of your business, and with out that part of the foundation, there is a hole and people are falling right out! He didn’t know where to begin even thinking about company core values, so I walked him through a process where he did some deep thinking about what he wants his business to look like. Next, we created guiding principles, which define the core value and instruct people how to live that out. Finally, I coached him through incorporating these in all the interviews he has with people to find out if their personal core values will fit in with the company core values. This is one very small element of how we help people in their business.
What has been the response of the consumers towards your venture?
We have a very high response with consumers towards Entre Results. We are currently the #1 rated business coaching company on Google in terms of our google reviews. We currently have 93 – 5 Star google reviews. We gain our clients mostly from referrals and from our google reviews! Our clients usually stay with us for 2 years, which is not common at all in coaching practices.
How has your life changed because of your venture?
I have freedom, flexibility, and the privilege of walking with other people on their journey to achieve freedom and flexibility.

If you think you can, you’re correct. If you think you can’t, you’re correct! Our thoughts determine our actions, our actions determine our results. What are your thoughts in terms of your business and your life? I’m not just talking about positive thinking. Positive thinking doesn’t let you do everything, but it allows you to do anything! What do I mean by that? I am a 5’2″ woman, and I love basketball. If I convinced myself through positive thinking that I could be the next prima ballerina in the New York City Ballet. I could work 80 hours a week to be the best ballerina, however that’s not taking into account my limitations. My feet don’t work the way they are supposed to. I have flat, wide feet! Next, I am not long and lean, I am petite and have big thighs. No matter how much positive thinking I put into being the next prima ballerina, I probably would never become that because I don’t have the right body type! And I never will! However, positive thinking will allow me to learn how to dance ballet and perhaps I can be part of a smaller company in my local community. Growth is challenging, and it’s supposed to be. But you have to identify where your thinking is holding you back? What obstacles hold you back? How can you move past them and keep moving forward? Look at your goals daily and take action daily to make your dreams come true!
