Evie Pagliarulo is a Keynote Speaker & The Fast Results & Rapid Transformation Coach & Founder of Growth Collective.UK & eviemaria.com.

She tells us that, “I specialise in shaping organisations & individuals to become leaders in their industries, with a key focus on female empowerment, mental resilience and fulfilling goal accomplishment. I’m passionately committed to supporting my clients to achieve transformational results, in all areas of their lives, in 90 days or less. Outside of the office & very close to my heart is working with & supporting global projects aimed at providing children with a future, including I-India in Jaipur.

Before you became the business titan you are today, enlighten us about the thrilling adventures of your pre-business life.

Before launching this business, my career took me across Europe, Africa and for many years, Asia. With hands-on experience in Finance, Real Estate, Management & Equity Markets & incredible travels and adventures along the way, I loved the opportunities my career gave me, but knew I was meant for something else. After tragically losing a close friend to mental health reasons, it truly opened my eyes to how many people are surviving, but not thriving, and it became very clear what my purpose and mission would be. I spent several years studying neuroscience, psychology, energetics, obtaining a Masters Level qualification in Leadership & Organisational Cultural Development and I’m now proudly growing a business that provides top-tier support to organisations and leaders globally.

Could you elaborate on the nature of your initiative/ business/current role, highlighting its purpose and the ways it benefits people?

My work focuses not only on utilising holistic practices that raise and promote EQ levels, but scientifically backed cutting edge methodologies that merge neuroscience with rapid transformation. My coaching approaches are truly unique in being able to get to the heart of the problem FAST, whilst feeling so supported your success truly is inevitable!

What has been the response of the users/consumers towards your venture?

With increased awareness in our communities of the importance of good mental health both within and outside of the workplace, my days are definitely getting busier each month! However, I do still encounter businesses falling short of their full potential by focussing on the bottom line rather than the health of the engine (their people) that ultimately drive results, sustainability and profitability. The clients I have worked with have seen remarkable growth in very short time frames, ranging from doubling their results, promotions within 6 weeks, turning their side hustle into a fully profitable business. As well as vastly improved relationships both in and out of the workplace and more sustainable and enjoyable work / life balances.

Having a strong support system is essential for your well-being. We would love to know who your biggest supporter is. Share with us and let’s celebrate the amazing people in our lives who make a positive impact.

A strong support system is key and I believe this should ultimately start with ourselves. It is only with a full cup that we are able to nourish others and serve as our highest self. I make time daily to walk, reconnect with nature, move my body, eat intuitively and healthily and meditate to the ground and clear my mind. This is a daily essential for me! I definitely wouldn’t be here without my closest friends, that have been my backbone and my greatest cheerleaders. Entrepreneurship is definitely not the easy route but it flows much more freely when your support circle is cheering loudly & you’re fully aligned with the path that lights you up!

As a woman entrepreneur, what changes do you hope to see in the world and what opportunities are you seeking?

My mission is ultimately to help people see that they truly can have it all (whatever that may look like to them!) We are living in societies that make us feel we are never enough, we never have enough & comparisonitis is now a global disease. The world has become fixated on material possessions, social media, & power madness, rather than the beauty in the simplicity & joy that comes from helping each other, kindness & paying it forward. All of which can also ultimately lead to greater success & happiness too. I want to help people reconnect, to help that stranger on the street, to smile when someone catches your eye and to be so valued at your workplace & as an individual that you see your relationships & your self-worth truly transform. This is like a deep drop in the ocean, the ripples move on to heal those around you too.

Women now stand shoulder-to-shoulder with men in the workplace, breaking through glass ceilings to reach the top. What are your thoughts on women’s leadership today?

There is nothing I love more than to see women thriving & building empires, but there is still a long way to go. Many of the female entrepreneurs I work with (I run a group of 700+ local female entrepreneurs) left their roles due to pay inequality & workplace prejudice. Of the 3bn billionaires globally, only around 12% are women so it’s time to raise the game. These numbers are increasing but ladies, it’s time to balance out those percentages! Female entrepreneurs & leaders are definitively stepping into their power & breaking the age-old narrative that women should stay home, while men go out to work. However we cannot underestimate the pressures that women carry when they are not only building empires, but also running homes, children and attempting to factor in their own mental health & personal care. These glass ceilings are being broken piece by piece, & the more we come together as a collaborative, the stronger we will ultimately be.
