Before you became the business titan you are today, enlighten us about the thrilling adventures of your pre-business life.

I’ve always been an entrepreneur and business owner. I owned a hair and fitness studio. Honestly coaching, motivation and empowering have always been a key cornerstone in everything I do.

Could you elaborate on the nature of your initiative/ business/current role, highlighting its purpose and the ways it benefits people?

I have a motto. Healed leaders show up better. Everything I do from books, speaking ,mentoring and coaching all stem from one core mission. To see to it that women don’t feel that they have to sacrifice success for well being. Wealth is bigger than money. I teach women that every area of life is interconnected and our inner healing and mental health has to be a top priority for not only the people we serve but for us. You can’t expect to be productive pouring from an empty cup.

What has been the response of the users/consumers towards your venture?

I love that every time I’m blessed to speak and connect with someone they feel my passion and conviction for the people I serve. I am a lover of people and lead with a we all can win attitude. What I love is that no matter who it is, they all say the same thing. They love my leadership style, my personable, relatable and genuine nature. That they always feel seen , heard and like I really do want the best for them. It’s not a facade.

Having a strong support system is essential for your well-being. We would love to know who your biggest supporter is. Share with us and let’s celebrate the amazing people in our lives who make a positive impact.

Wow I have so many. My family, my sisterhood tribe and myself. I love the support but also feel as women we need to learn to celebrate ourselves.

As a young woman entrepreneur, what changes do you hope to see in the world and what opportunities are you seeking?

I believe that if we all do our parts and lead with love the world would be a much better place. We are all unique and beautifully different and have more in common than the things we allow to divide us. I am looking for paid speaking opportunities, panel discussions, coaching and leadership opportunities. In person and online. Locally and globally.

Women now stand shoulder-to-shoulder with men in the workplace, breaking through glass ceilings to reach the top. What are your thoughts on women’s leadership today?

I believe that progress has been made but we still have a ways to go. Women are still not earning their rightful pay.
