Simone Vincenzi, known as The Experts Strategist, is the co-founder of GTeX. He is a Forbes and Huffington Post contributor, TEDx speaker, host of the podcast Explode Your Expert Business, and author of three life-changing books. Simone is passionate about turning experts into authorities through his signature EXPLODE YOUR EXPERT BIZ programs. Every year, he speaks in front of more than 5,000 business leaders, sharing stages with influential figures like Les Brown, Dr. John DeMartini, and Trent Shelton. Additionally, Simone has organized over 170 events, including bringing Gary Vee to speak from a boxing ring in York Hall, and speaks on more than 200 stages annually. He is also dedicated to making an impact on the younger generation through partnerships with the largest youth organizations in the UK.
Could you describe your initiative/startup’s purpose and vision, and how it benefits its target audience?
At GTeX, our mission is to empower coaches, speakers, and trainers to build profitable businesses by mastering the art of selling from the stage, webinars, and presentations. We know the challenges of making a meaningful impact while earning a sustainable income because I’ve experienced them firsthand. Transitioning from delivering value to confidently making an offer can be difficult, which is why we provide not only the tools but also personalized support to help turn these challenges into strengths.
Our vision is for every coach and speaker to confidently share their message, knowing they can authentically connect with their audience and effectively sell their services. As far as entrepreneurship is concerned, your journey is quite inspiring. What are some of your most significant accomplishments, and how did you achieve them?
My entrepreneurial journey has been defined by embracing challenges and creating impact. One of my proudest accomplishments is building GTeX, where we’ve helped thousands of coaches and speakers turn their expertise into thriving businesses. Achieving this required relentless focus on delivering value and constantly adapting to meet the evolving needs of our clients. Another milestone was mastering webinars, where I transitioned from struggling to sell to consistently converting clients by refining my approach and staying true to my authentic style. The key to success has been a commitment to continuous learning, taking bold action, and always serving others with purpose.
Being an entrepreneur, what kind of response have you received from your users/consumers?
The feedback from our clients has been overwhelmingly positive, especially regarding the transformative results of our programs. Hearing stories of entrepreneurs who have doubled their clients or finally found confidence in selling from the stage is what keeps me going. These successes are incredibly rewarding.
I’ve also had the honor of being recognized as one of the most influential migrant entrepreneurs in the House of Parliament. I regularly contribute to Forbes and Entrepreneur Magazine and appear on TV and radio, sharing insights on how experts can become authorities in their fields. However, the greatest recognition comes from seeing our clients succeed and achieve their goals.
In what ways has your life changed since you began your entrepreneurial journey?
Starting my entrepreneurial journey has brought about a complete transformation in my life. I’ve gone from working on someone else’s schedule to creating my own path, embracing both the freedom and the challenges that come with it. Each day presents new opportunities to build something meaningful, make an impact, and grow in ways I never thought possible. It’s been about much more than just business; it has been a personal journey of growth and transformation. The highs and lows have shaped me into who I am today, and I wouldn’t trade this experience for anything. It’s truly been life-changing.
Do you have anyone who is the biggest support system in your life?
My biggest support system has always been my wife. She’s been with me through every high and low, cheering me on and keeping me grounded when things get tough. No matter what wild ideas I come up with, she listens, sometimes with an eyebrow raised, but always with unwavering belief in what I’m doing. She pushes me to be better and reminds me of the reasons I started this journey in the first place. Her support has been instrumental in my success.
What key pieces of advice/insights would you offer to aspiring entrepreneurs?
For aspiring entrepreneurs, here’s my advice: Embrace your journey, and don’t be afraid to make mistakes. Building a business isn’t a straight line; it’s more like a rollercoaster with ups and downs. Learn to appreciate the ride, because every setback is an opportunity to learn and improve.
Find your niche and understand your ideal clients deeply. When you know who you’re serving and why it matters, everything in your business will become clearer. Build strong relationships and always look for ways to provide genuine value.
Remember, consistency is more important than perfection. It’s the small, daily actions that lead to big results over time. Finally, invest in yourself and surround yourself with people who challenge and inspire you. This journey isn’t easy, but with the right mindset and dedication to growth, you’ll succeed. Embrace the process and keep pushing forward.
Do you think ‘GENDER’ affects entrepreneurship? Your views
I don’t believe gender fundamentally affects entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship is about resilience, creativity, and the willingness to take risks—traits that are not exclusive to any gender. While it’s true that men and women may face different challenges or biases, these don’t determine their ability to succeed as entrepreneurs.
Success in entrepreneurship comes down to mindset, skills, and the ability to leverage opportunities, all of which are accessible to anyone regardless of gender. The focus should be on the unique strengths and perspectives each individual brings to the table. By emphasizing personal qualities and skills over gender, we can create a level playing field in entrepreneurship. Ultimately, it’s a person’s drive and vision that make the difference.
