A certified Executive Leadership Development and Corporate Trainer, she brings extensive expertise in leadership training. Additionally, she is a Certified Trainer in the DISC Method of human behavior analysis, enhancing her ability to foster growth and development.

Tell us about your life before the venture/ leading up to your venture?
The short story is that I was working for a company that was more focused on the bottom line than valuing their employees. In August 2018, I ended up in the ICU burn center for 10 days with a rare disease. Because of that experience our passion is to transform today’s leaders and to educate what True Leadership is about.

How has your life changed because of your venture?
Since my hospital experience and building our business, I look at life very differently. My level of awareness has been heightened and I make sure I have gratitude daily.
