What were your initial years of growing up like? Tell us about your life before starting your corporate journey/venture/initiative.
As a child, I experienced the limitations of conventional medical approaches firsthand. Relying solely on textbook knowledge, medical professionals often failed to grasp the depth of healing beyond the pages. This left me feeling isolated and fearful, avoiding interactions with others and harboring anxieties about the world. However, my upbringing with my grandparents transformed my perspective. Their unconditional love and patience allowed me to embrace my uniqueness and recognize that being different was not only acceptable but extraordinary. Immersed in the sanctuary of books, I excelled academically, finding solace in stories that transported me beyond my fears.
As I matured, my innate gifts expanded, propelling me to explore the intersections of science, psychology, and the metaphysical realm. Bridging these disciplines, I embarked on a journey to redefine holistic health, integrating evidence-based practices with spiritual wisdom. Through relentless pursuit of knowledge, I navigated the corporate landscape, mastering business strategies to empower myself and fellow women. My presence was not merely to occupy space, but to shatter barriers and pave the way for inclusivity and equity.
After 27 years in the corporate realm, I transitioned to a career aligned with my passion: coaching. In this role, I find fulfillment in guiding individuals through all phases of life, facilitating their journey towards wholeness and self-discovery. Healing others and witnessing their transformation is not just my occupation—it’s my life purpose, and I am devoted to it wholeheartedly.
Every industry that is now a large-scale, top-notch business once started as a small idea in the minds of entrepreneurs. What was that idea or motivation that made you start your business /initiative? What motivated you within to say YES, go for it!”
The driving force behind my business initiative stemmed from a profound realization of the systemic gaps in women’s health care. Witnessing firsthand the dismissal of women’s health concerns as merely emotional or insignificant, I was compelled to take action. It was unacceptable to me that women’s health issues were often disregarded, leading to dire consequences, including severe illnesses and even fatalities. As a woman myself, I understood the pervasive discrimination women face across various domains, from education to medical care.
In my journey of study and personal experience, I recognized the pivotal role I could play in empowering women to reclaim their health and well-being. I became impassioned about guiding women to a place of safety and supporting them in achieving holistic wellness—addressing not just their physical ailments but also their emotional, mental, and spiritual needs. Having endured trauma and pain, I intimately understood the profound impact it has on both the psyche and the body.
Breaking free from the shackles of repression and embracing a life of joy and fulfillment became my mission. I firmly believe that healing the whole being is the key to genuine wellness in women and humanity as a whole. By empowering women to confront their past traumas and break detrimental cycles, we pave the way for a brighter future—for ourselves, our children, and generations to come. It’s about fostering a culture where saying “no” to injustice and neglect is not only acceptable but imperative for collective well-being.
Tell us something about your initiative or current role. What is it about, and what impact are you trying to make?
In my current role, I am deeply committed to revolutionizing women’s health and well-being through my initiative. Recognizing the profound gaps in conventional healthcare, particularly in the realm of women’s experiences being dismissed or overlooked, I’ve dedicated myself to providing holistic support to women on their journey to wholeness.
Through my initiative, I aim to address not only the physical aspects of health but also the emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions that are often neglected. By offering a safe space and personalized guidance, I empower women to confront past traumas, break free from cycles of repression, and embrace a life of joy and fulfillment.
My ultimate goal is to foster a paradigm shift in how women’s health is perceived and treated, advocating for a more inclusive and compassionate approach that acknowledges the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. I envision a world where women feel validated, supported, and empowered to prioritize their well-being without fear of judgment or dismissal.
Through my initiative, I aspire to make a lasting impact by helping women reclaim their agency over their health and live authentically, unapologetically, and joyfully. It’s about creating a ripple effect of healing and empowerment that extends not only to individuals but also to communities and society as a whole.
Your journey and your vision are very inspiring, but are there any achievements or accomplishments you would like to mention?
While my focus has always been on the transformative journey of those I guide, I’m grateful for the opportunities I’ve had to share my insights and experiences on various platforms. I’ve had the privilege of sharing platforms alongside notable change makers like Christen Mickelsen and sharing my healing modalities with influential figures such as Tony Robbins. Additionally, I’ve been honored to contribute as a writer for Sybil magazine and to collaborate on the creation of modalities used by coaches to build their practices. Participating in podcast summits and infomercials has allowed me to reach a wider audience and foster meaningful connections in the realm of healing and personal development. While these achievements are not my primary focus, I’m humbled by the chance to contribute to the collective journey towards wellness and empowerment.

To all the young budding women entrepreneurs out there, I want to share a vision of a world where every woman feels empowered, supported, and valued in her pursuit of entrepreneurship. My deepest desire is to see a shift in the way women’s contributions are recognized and celebrated, both in business and society at large.
I envision a world where women entrepreneurs are not only acknowledged for their achievements but also provided with equitable opportunities and resources to thrive. It’s a world where the unique perspectives and experiences of women are not only welcomed but actively sought after, driving innovation and progress in all sectors.
I dream of a future where women entrepreneurs are able to break free from the constraints of traditional norms and expectations, forging their paths with confidence and determination. It’s a world where women’s voices are amplified, their ideas are valued, and their success is celebrated without reservation.
My hope for young women entrepreneurs is that they will embrace their innate power and potential, knowing that they have the ability to shape the world according to their vision. I encourage them to fearlessly pursue their dreams, to challenge the status quo, and to create businesses that not only drive profits but also make a meaningful impact on society.
