Tell us about your life before the venture/leading up to your venture.
Before starting my entrepreneurial journey, I lived in London and worked as a headhunter. I quickly realized I had a natural talent for closing deals—just three months in, I was voted the best employee in Europe. I had an unstoppable drive to succeed and worked tirelessly to reach my goals. However, my previous role offered little flexibility. Now, even though I occasionally work during holidays or weekends, I have the freedom to manage my time, and that kind of flexibility is priceless.
Tell us something about your organization. What is it about and how is it helpful for people?

What has been the response of the consumers towards your venture? (Please talk about your recognitions/achievements here)
The response has been overwhelmingly positive. Clients frequently tell me how their lives have transformed for the better, becoming happier and more confident after working with me. As a career coach, I guide individuals through their fears, helping them seize opportunities they might have missed. My hands-on approach has made a profound difference in their careers, with many expressing gratitude for the life-changing impact.
How has your life changed because of your venture?
Starting my own business was a major challenge—I had to put in long hours and overcome numerous obstacles, but I always believed that hard work would pay off. Today, my schedule is much more flexible.
What are you working on right now?
We’re excited to announce two upcoming projects. First, on November 10th, we’ll be speaking at a live LinkedIn event for a Norwegian company, discussing transformation in the HR world. Second, we’re launching a new personality test in collaboration with a British company to help businesses make better decisions for their employees. Happier employees lead to better performance—a win-win!
