I have always had an affinity for books, art, dance, music, and writing—basically anything creative, which has shaped who I am today as a storyteller. Storytelling—whether through writing or media—often captivates me. The joy of discovering new places, meeting new people, and sharing those stories through compelling communication in travel is a driving force behind my journey into luxury travel writing and PR.

How do you stay connected with your customers and gather feedback? What channels do you use to communicate with them, and how do you ensure that their voices are heard?

Direct client communication is key. I regularly engage in one-on-one interactions with clients through emails, calls, and meetings to gather personalized feedback and discuss ongoing projects. I also leverage social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter to engage with followers, share updates, and receive instant feedback through comments, messages, or surveys. Events and networking—whether through hosting or attending industry events, webinars, and live sessions—are also instrumental in fostering direct engagement and allowing customers to express their thoughts in real time.

Looking back on your journey, what moments or milestones stand out as the most significant achievements in your career?

Helping brands secure media placements, orchestrating high-profile events, and providing strategic consulting services to various clients is a key achievement in my journey. Securing and maintaining relationships with high-profile clients or brands and successfully elevating their public image or brand visibility have been incredible milestones. Working with celebrities, luxury brands, or prominent lifestyle brands where the campaigns or events gain substantial media attention stands out. Additionally, expanding my business into new industries or markets, such as lifestyle, fashion, or luxury PR, was an incredible experience. Moving from Miami to Italy and learning a new market and language in the world of communication was also a major personal and professional achievement.

Google News is my go-to for staying on top of industry trends! I also keep up with reputable marketing resources like AdAge, Marketing Week, and HubSpot to stay informed on trends, insights, and case studies.
