A wise and magical witch. So I can guide people with insight and experience through the unimportant to craft an environment to do their best work and live a more fulfilling and streamlined life.
What strategies do you employ to maintain a healthy work-life balance while running your own business?
I practice what I preach. Meditative mornings, holistically designed work environment, connecting joy and creativity while totally nerding out on systems and words.
When faced with unexpected detours on your business path, how do you pivot with grace and resilience, showing fellow women entrepreneurs the way forward?
Yes, and it’s usually after processing in a not so graceful way for a short amount of time.
How do you measure the success of your business beyond financial metrics, such as customer satisfaction or community engagement?
If I am making a difference for my clients and spreading delight as I do I’m good. If I also get to use my gifts and experience my own delight so I can be energized in my days I’m great!
Can you share a memorable moment where you witnessed significant growth or transformation in your business, illustrating the impact of your services/products?
When I connected the money mindset to the clutter in my clients lives, we all started experiencing rapid growth. The results we got were both faster and deeper. I began working with a money mindset to improve my own relationship with money. I had no idea it would lead to such deep healing for my clients relationships to things. It has become my differentiator and brought a wealth of interesting clients my way.
What role do you believe mentorship plays in the success of small businesses, and how have mentors influenced your own entrepreneurial journey?
I believe that mentorship plays a huge role in my success. As a very independent woman, I hesitate to ask for help, and yet there are so many unanswered questions about day to day things that come up when you run your own business. Once I find the right mentors (sometimes it takes some trial and error), I get questions answered quickly so I can keep improving and creating without spinning in circles. The trick is to take the advice and wisdom and check it against your own intuition to get the best result. A good mentor understands that.
