If my business had a mascot, it would be an Owl—wise, approachable, and always ready to guide you through the world of digital marketing and SEO. The owl would help online businesses navigate complex strategies with clarity, making their journey to success smoother and smarter.
What strategies do you employ to maintain a healthy work-life balance while running your own business?
I follow a set schedule, getting major tasks done early since I’m an early riser. I’m blessed to live by the beach, so I take regular walks to refresh. I always unplug from my laptop and phone by 6 PM PST.
When faced with unexpected detours on your business path, how do you pivot with grace and resilience, showing fellow women entrepreneurs the way forward?
I try to stay positive and calm so I can reassess the situation as quickly as possible. Learning from each detour is really important for me, and I always look for opportunities to grow and improve.
How do you measure the success of your business beyond financial metrics, such as customer satisfaction or community engagement?
I measure success by how happy my members are and how engaged my community is. Positive feedback, repeat customers, and active participation show me that my business is making an impact.
Can you share a memorable moment where you witnessed significant growth or transformation in your business, illustrating the impact of your services/products?
One memorable moment was helping Lori with Milton’s Daughter. She went from making $1,600 a month to $23K in under six months. Seeing how my guidance, knowledge, resources, and courses transformed her business was very rewarding.
What role do you believe mentorship plays in the success of small businesses, and how have mentors influenced your own entrepreneurial journey?
Mentorship is important for all types of success, not just for small businesses. Mentors offer guidance, speed up progress, and help you avoid mistakes. I’ve mostly navigated things on my own without many mentors, but I’m committed to being a mentor to others. It’s what drives me every day.
What’s your work all about, and how does it make a difference in the world?
My work is all about helping online businesses grow through digital marketing and SEO. I offer the courses, tools, vetted contractors, knowledge, and support to drive organic traffic, build partnerships, and increase visibility.
