What were your initial years of growing up like? Tell us about your life before starting your corporate journey/venture/initiative.

I grew up in a rural community with limited resources available to me but I was always a person that enjoyed exploring the realms of “what if” and thinking beyond my limited resources.

Every industry that is now a large-scale, top-notch business once started as a small idea in the minds of entrepreneurs. What was that idea or motivation that made you start your business /initiative? What motivated you within to say YES, go for it!”

I was inspired by the things I was passionate about and wanting to actively inspire a change within various communities through health and wellness. Taking the leap to quit my full time job during a major period of uncertainty was my ” aha moment” . I have not looked back since and things are aligning in a positive way.

Would you like to share with our young budding women entrepreneurs the change you would like to see in the world if given an opportunity?

I would like to see more support amongst collaboration across cultures and geographical locations. There is enough room for everyone at the table because we all have an individual power within us.

Women are a growing force in the workplaces worldwide, standing shoulder to shoulder with their male counterparts. There are cracks in glass ceilings everywhere, with many women breaking through to carve out a space right at the top of the pyramid. What are your thoughts about women leadership today?

Women holding a firm placement and expanding the current flow within various workplaces is the future. Women are just as equip, knowledgeable, and worthy of top positions across  various companies.

What’s the most important thing you have learned in your personal life and professional journey? What is your personal motto in life?

The most important thing that I have learned is that I am worthy of all the good things that life has in store for me. My personal motto is “keep going”

With your grit and determination, you are making a considerable impact, breaking through, and serving as role models for many budding entrepreneurs. What would you want to say to our young women leaders/audience reading this?

I would like to say to emerging leaders and peers that each of you are worthy of success and joy. Each person has a unique journey that will lead them to a purposeful ending within their respective sectors.
