Over the last 37+ years, I’ve helped over 500 business owners stay focused, work fewer hours, dramatically increase their bottom line, as well as create an exit strategy to sell their companies for top dollar. I am personally committed to making a difference with every person I meet.”
What were your initial years of growing up like? Tell us about your life before starting your Entrepreneur journey/venture/initiative.
I started as a young Entrepreneur at the age of 11 selling Walnuts on the street corner of my home town in Northern California. After College tried to work for other companies starting as an executive in the Wholesale Toy Industry. After a few years I realized that I was destined to work for myself and developed a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage and Development Company. Eventually I found my life work more fulfilling helping others. After attending several self help Courses I found my Niche in the Business’s Coaching Industry working with Business Owners and Leaders helping them learn how to work less hours and increase their company overall productivity.
Every industry that is now a large-scale, top-notch business once started as a small idea in the minds of entrepreneurs. What was that idea or motivation that made you start your business /initiative? What motivated you within to say YES, go for it!”
I love business and I love people. This is my moment in time to make a difference to business Leaders that think they have it all figured out but still have a sense that something is missing in their business and personal life! I am there to support them.
Tell us something about your initiative or current role. What is it about, and what impact are you trying to make?
I love business and I love people. This is my moment in time to make a difference to business Leaders that think they have it all figured out but still have a sense that something is missing in their business and personal life! I am there to support them.
Your journey and your vision are very inspiring, but are there any achievements or accomplishments you would like to mention?
It’s been said by a lot of people in a lot of different ways that you can’t get enough experience and wisdom when you’re young. I believe that my years of making mistakes, meeting with other leaders and experiencing life altering breakthroughs have kept me going for all 37 years and counting. I never want to stop, I’m always learning and my relationship with other leaders keeps me excited. I’ve helped a lot of people work through blind spots and endure difficult times and create things that they never thought possible. This is the best reward anyone could ask for.
Women are a growing force in the workplaces worldwide, standing shoulder to shoulder with their male counterparts. What are your thoughts about women leadership today?
Women are an important aspect of leadership today and in the future. My advice to any women would be to ignore the circumstances that they think are holding them back. Move ahead with full force and know that when you’re making a difference in the world others will take notice. Don’t shrink yourself down thinking that there’s not a place for you, the world loves winners and that’s who you are, a winner. Carve out your future and don’t let anyone get in your way or hold you back.
What would you want to say to our young leaders/audience reading this?
The world is in need of great leaders. Leaders willing to take charge of the future of business and outside of business as well. Carve out the future that you want to see and always remember great leaders are also great servant leaders. Be prepared to mentor others around you and give them the space to become a great leader as well.
