Before you became the business titan you are today, enlighten us about the thrilling adventures of your pre-business life.
With a BSBA, MBA and Life Coaching Graduate Certificate, I have had the honorable privilege of serving the public education, higher collegiate and federal government sectors within the Southeast Region of the United States. Over the course of twenty years, I served in various business, educator advocacy, educational support, executive administrative support, leadership honor society advisory and campus leadership capacities.
In my most prized role as Center Dean, it was an honor to lend my servant leadership capacity to support the surrounding student, campus and business community via Operations Support, Student Advocacy and Business Development. My ultimate goal was to demonstrate the benefits of collegiate education for the sake of career advancement with superior service, heart and energy.

What I hear the most, especially by those that attend my Love The Success Factor Women’s Leadership Conference, is that my perspective of how to tangibly reimagine Love as a skill set and a competency provokes thoughts and insights that guests have never considered.
Truth be told, provoking thought is the whole idea! For, it is important for Women to understand that Love is our superpower, gamechanger and ultimate success factor—especially in such extraordinary times. It is important that Women understand that Love gives us a competitive edge to be powerful in leadership; innovative in business; fully present for our teams and stakeholders; knowledgeable in industry trends and benevolent in our community service!
With being under three years in business, my work at demonstrating Love in Leadership is really just beginning!
Having a strong support system is essential for your well-being. We would love to know who your biggest supporter is. Share with us and let’s celebrate the amazing people in our lives who make a positive impact.
Well, my online community is growing as individuals begin to come closer to hear my message about Love. However, I would say that my late sister, Beverly, was my biggest supporter! When I published my first book in 2015, she attended every book reading I had—regardless of the distance. And she was constantly buying more books at each event. I miss her, but she is at peace now.
Since her passing about four years ago, my sister, Debra, has become the one that has watched me develop this business endeavor up close and personal. She has encouraged me in my darkest moments; has been my case study, remains my harshest constructive critic, proofreader, audience and cheerleader. I am indebted to her love, belief in me and her faithfulness.
As a young woman entrepreneur, what changes do you hope to see in the world and what opportunities are you seeking?
As a Woman and Entrepreneur, I want to see a world where the entire human family snaps out of our slumber to remember who we are as leaders and to comprehend that we are the most powerful and the most perfect creation engineered to be fruitful, to multiply, to subdue, to replenish and to have dominion.
I want to see a world wherein the hunger and appetite to impose any kind of leverage over another human being will no longer be desired.
I want to see a world where both Men and Women will finally come into alignment and agreement as equals so that together, we can eliminate all manner of injustice from the face of the earth forever.
Love is the remedy to accomplish these feats!
Women now stand shoulder-to-shoulder with men in the workplace, breaking through glass ceilings to reach the top. What are your thoughts on women’s leadership today?
Studies have shown that one of the top issues facing businesses in the 21st century is the underutilization or misuse of Women in our society and workplaces. On the opposite side of the spectrum, studies have also shown that if gender equality was prioritized within the business world, Women’s innovation potential in the marketplace will add as much as $28 trillion to 2025’s annual GDP to help lift nations out of poverty and create new solutions to difficult problems.
In case we are not aware, Women are equally effective in leadership as our counterparts and possess certain qualities that enable us to: influence change, build cohesive teams through empathy, recover from rejection quickly, take greater risks, move with a sense of urgency and have unusual foresight.
With superpowers like these, having Women in leadership is not just a good idea–it is highly imperative if we expect to see continued longevity in our organizations; sustained growth in our economy and advantageous progression in all industry sectors.
Therefore, it is to our advantage to give Women the kind of Love and room to flourish within our corporate buildings, co-working hubs and virtual offices.
