What were your initial years of growing up like? Tell us about your life before starting your corporate journey/venture/initiative.

Before embarking on my corporate journey, I grew up in Hollywood, California, USA, where I was immersed in a world surrounded by celebrities and their families. Finding serenity amidst the surreal lifestyles of others has been a continuous challenge. I have navigated through significant trials including personal difficulties such as death, divorce, and assault. My strong work ethic has been both a hindrance and a source of strength throughout my journey. Achieving balance in my life has been the culmination of dedicated effort. My ongoing aspiration is to remain fully present in every aspect of my life.

Every industry that is now a large-scale, top-notch business once started as a small idea in the minds of entrepreneurs. What was that idea or motivation that made you start your business /initiative? What motivated you within to say YES, go for it!”

In 2005, I was a full-time student pursuing my Master’s degree when I attended a conference focused on spiritual studies. Despite not having been raised in a religious environment, I felt an immediate connection with the speakers—it was as though I had found a spiritual home. Their discussions on love and peace resonated with me at a deep level. This experience provided a bridge between the clinical and often sterile perspectives of Western sciences and the natural, instinctual wisdom of Eastern philosophies. This integration continues to resonate with me profoundly, guiding my journey to this day.

Would you like to share with our young budding women entrepreneurs the change you would like to see in the world if given an opportunity?

Imagine with me a world where every person spends their time doing what they love – working with their hands, pruning a garden, cooking family recipes, tinkering with mechanics, speaking about their passions, implementing change. When people do what they love, their soul vibration is joyful. How amazing would the world be if the mass majority of people were resonating with happiness? That is my personal mission – to help people see how important it is to find their own version of joy.

Women are a growing force in the workplaces worldwide, standing shoulder to shoulder with their male counterparts. There are cracks in glass ceilings everywhere, with many women breaking through to carve out a space right at the top of the pyramid. What are your thoughts about women leadership today?

Based on my firsthand experience with women in leadership roles, I have observed that the management of their teams does not significantly differ from that of men. Unfortunately, some individuals, regardless of gender, may exhibit disingenuous and conniving behaviors as they ascend the corporate ladder. However, I believe in the potential of women to transform competitive dynamics into nurturing environments where individuals can flourish and develop into their best selves.

What’s the most important thing you have learned in your personal life and professional journey? What is your personal motto in life?

The most important thing that I’ve learned on both my personal and professional journeys is that perseverance is the key to success. Also, success looks different to each individual. Comparison is futile. My personal motto is: “Wife. Mother. Entrepreneur. Speaker. Writer. Explorer. Mindset Coach.”

With your grit and determination, you are making a considerable impact, breaking through, and serving as role models for many budding entrepreneurs. What would you want to say to our young women leaders/audience reading this?

Stop comparing yourself to others. Outside competition doesn’t exist. The only competition you have is you. Even if you dressed the same, used the same words in the same way as your competition, someone will resonate with you. You are exactly right for your future client. Define your own dreams. Embrace change. Persevere. I believe in you.
