Blanca Vergara
Blanca Vergara is a Spiritual Coach for High Achieving Women.
She tells us that, “I have curated a set of devotional practices that help me expand time and energy. For as long as I’ve been using them life flows with ease and joy in all areas of my life. Of course there are moments when life surprises me, but I just go back to my practices and get back into the flow. I call them Regenerative Living Devotional Practices.”
When faced with unexpected hurdles in your business, how do you stay strong?
My family keeps me grounded in reality. And God keeps me uplifted towards the big picture. Both give me strength and guidance to assess what is really important.
How do you determine the success of your business beyond financial metrics, focusing on factors like customer satisfaction and community impact?
My compass is my own feelings. If I’m acting from love (not from ego), all flows, all is easy. When I’m in struggle or stress, I’m not aligned and the business is not aligned. Once I get back to my own center, everything gets harmonious again. That way I don’t need complex and intellectual measurements, KPI’s.
Can you recount a pivotal moment in your business journey where you saw remarkable growth or witnessed a transformative change, showcasing the impact of your products or services?
After the loss of my parents, I decided to go on a sabbatical. I stop 100% social media and product launches. My business did not die. Customers looked for me, and paid high ticket items. I sold more than in other years when I hustle to the point of exhaustion. That year those customers made massive changes in their lives and careers that were beyond their dreams.
In your view, how crucial is mentorship for the success of small businesses, and how have mentors influenced your own entrepreneurial path?
Indispensable. The idea of independence has been glorified for a long time. We need to create a new story, one of continuous improvement and learning. Everyone needs a mentor, especially business owners. Release that thought that you don’t have money or time for this. Having a mentor will now only save you money and time, it will save you overwhelm and tears.
What is your business focused on, and how does it contribute to making a positive difference in the world?
At the core of my work is the belief that women will save the world in the XXI century. When women become leaders of love we will see everything changing: the education system, the governments, the health system, etc! I am the secret confidant of powerful women healing the past, building a healthy and beautiful future, creating beautiful legacies.
What special ability do you wish you had to make your job easier?
I’ve curated powerful devotional practices that make my job easier and easier day in day out. I’m at peace in this subject.
If you could invite three fictional characters to help you plan your next project, who would you choose, and why?
I would love to invite Sedna. She is an Inuit Goddess of the sea animals and the deep waters. She knew how to transmute trauma caused by her father into new life and personal power. I would love her to shower me with her wisdom so that I can hold the space for more women as they awaken to their true power.
