Tell us about your life before the venture/ leading up to your venture?
As mentioned, I have always been involved in technology in some capacity over the past 30 years, but in 2010, I lost my corporate job and decided I never wanted to go back. I was serving on nonprofit boards and volunteering a lot. I knew there was a place in this sector for me to help out. So, I began the process of donating my talent and time to help nonprofits with their technology needs. I would give, and in return, God would bless me with a project that would pay. Fifteen years later, I evolved my stills, and I still give one free project each year.
Tell us something about your organization. What is it about and how is it helpful for people?
Driven by the love and compassion to help people, Returning the Gift is here to Elevate Your Digital Online Presence: Expert in Website Design, Marketing, and Workflow Automation – Transforming Your Business for More Freedom and Profitability.
What has been the response of the consumers towards your venture?
I don’t have any fancy awards or certificates. All I have is the satisfaction of knowing I helped people get to where they want to go. Knowing I had a little to do with their success is enough recognition for me.
How has your life changed because of your venture?
Freedom!
What are you working on right now?
I am selling my paintings for travel adventures. I started painting about six months ago as a way to challenge myself. I used to love doing paint-by-number when I was a child. I wanted a new creative outlet. Before I knew it, I had over 40 paintings. Now, I am selling them online at mosaicwarrior.com/Art-4-Travel to help fund my travel adventures. And people are buying them. I feel so blessed by this!!!
Give a motivational message for the audience/women who are reading this.
Behind the thundering footsteps of every great warrior is a deep spiritual conviction—a commitment to doing what is good and right for oneself and others, even if there is a cost. Stay open, have a resolute heart, and be a warrior. When you are challenged, you rise, transcending all battles, knowing that your deepest strength lies not in the physical world but in the depths of your spirit. Know you can truly conquer anything.
