Before you became the business titan you are today, enlighten us about the thrilling adventures of your pre-business life.
I’ve been in business since the age of sixteen. Even during my studies I had a side hustle teaching teenagers etiquette, posture and self confidence. I worked for a few years for someone else but soon became the manager with product development and product testing power.
Could you elaborate on the nature of your initiative/ business/current role, highlighting its purpose and the ways it benefits people?
I help business owners manage their most important resource! We often waste a lot of time because we need to plan better. Having a proper business, branding, and marketing strategy can help you save a lot of time because your team will know what they do and will not spend time reinventing the wheel. We help you develop a good strategy and then help you implement the plan.
What has been the response of the users/consumers towards your venture?
Many happy customers. And I have also been selected to go to The Seoul-Incheon 2024 Congress. There are 5,000 globally representative in-person participants from every region of the world. Of these participants, we hope to have 25% younger or emerging leaders under 40 years old, 40% women, and 40% from secular workplaces (those without primary income from a church or ministry organisation). The aim is to think outside the box and bring change to communities.

My husband and children are key to my success. They are the ones who encourage me the most when I feel like giving up. Additionally, I have an international team that works globally to accomplish the same task. These people help me stay focused on my goals. I also have a community around me that keeps me humble and focused on improving my character. I strongly believe that having different communities is crucial to grow as a leader.
As a young woman entrepreneur, what changes do you hope to see in the world and what opportunities are you seeking?
I have a dream to see women love life! Being able to do the work they love and enjoying their family life without these unrealistic demands. The reality is that this is not possible if women do not know who they are. As we work on time management you have to know what you prioritise. This can only happen when you know what you want to prioritise.
Women now stand shoulder-to-shoulder with men in the workplace, breaking through glass ceilings to reach the top. What are your thoughts on women’s leadership today?
I have a dream to see women love their lives, being able to do the work they love and enjoy their family life without unrealistic demands. However, this is not possible if women do not know who they are. To effectively manage time, one must know what they prioritize, and this can only happen when they know what they want to prioritize.
