Pauline George
Pauline George is a married woman and a proud mother of three, with two children from her marriage and four beautiful grandchildren. She further tells us that, “I reside in London with my husband. Balancing family life, I also work part-time as a work coach. Additionally, I’m embarking on a new venture, starting my own online coaching business tailored for women in their 50s. As a Christian life purpose and transformation coach, I’m passionate about empowering women to discover their purpose and lead fulfilling lives.”
What were your initial years of growing up like? Tell us about your life before starting your corporate journey/venture/initiative.
Fear always has a big factor but I’ve overcome through transformed life and am still on my journey. I used to live in Leeds as a lone parent and moved to London 16 years ago this year to be married. My life has had its ups and downs . I’ve always been passionate about working with people, curious and encouraging. I’ve worked in various roles as a mentor, counsellor and now coach
Tell us something about your initiative/business or current role. What is it about and how is it helpful for people?
As mentioned I’m passionate about seeing transformation in others’ lives through Christian lens.

Women are a growing force in the workplaces worldwide, standing shoulder to shoulder with their male counterparts. There are cracks in glass ceilings everywhere, with many women breaking through to carve out a space right at the top of the pyramid. What are your thoughts about women leadership today?
We can do it regardless if we stand passionately and in a strong vibrant community.
