Inspiring and Motivating Aspiring Entrepreneurs on Online Service-Based Businesses With Negligible Overhead Costs

Natalie Aydin

Natalie Aydin is a teacher, writer, coach, and motivational speaker whose goal is to inspire and motivate aspiring entrepreneurs (especially coaches) but also course creators, trainers, speakers, and teachers on how they can create their own online service-based businesses with almost zero overhead costs.

What were your initial years of growing up like? Tell us about your life before starting your corporate journey/venture/initiative.

I came from relatively humble beginnings. My mother worked her way through school to become a nurse. My father was trained how to make maps at map school in the U.S. Army. I have worked as a schoolteacher for 12 years–teaching Spanish, English, Special Education, and history. In university I studied Spanish with a minor in history and graduated in 2003. Later on I went for my Master’s degree in Old Testament from the Ivy League and graduated in 2008. In 2018 I graduated with my Master of Arts in English and Creative Writing (Fiction). In 2020, I started my coaching business called Tarot Life Coaching. My goal with this business is to empower women via the supernatural. Thus my services include things like tarot card readings, egg cleanses (a folk tradition on how to get rid of negative energy), Crystal and Angelic Reiki, Akashic Records readings, and mediumship (giving channeled messages to clients). I have several free as well as paid resources and coaching programs. My free Facebook group is called Diamond Diva Collective, and I also provide free coaching via the Diamond Diva VIP Telegram group. I have a free ebook called “energy secrets: 10x your life for max results.” I’m also offering a few paid programs–one called “Goddess Energy” using our “One Post Away” sales method, and one called “Cash AVALANCHE for Coaches” (a sales and marketing program). Currently we offer all our coaching offerings completely remotely on Telegram as well as on Facebook. I was inspired by several entrepreneurs like Tony Robbins, Grant Cardone, and Tai Lopez. In January 2022, I started another business coaching venture with a fellow coach called Magnetize Consulting, LLC. My goal is to hit $1M in sales by the end of 2023 in my coaching business.

Tell us something about your initiative/business. What is it about and how is it helpful for people?

Tarot Life Coaching was created out of the idea that I could empower women via the supernatural. For example, if someone was concerned they were given “The Evil Eye,” negative energy, or some other type of issue, I can diagnose these issues by performing an egg cleanse. In my mediumship sessions, I can channel voices from those who have passed on into the Great Beyond, or even bring channeled messages telepathically from people who are still alive. With tarot cards, I can give women an idea of how to move forward with a guided reading. With Akashic Records Readings, I can cut cords, or repair karmic energy to its original state, or ask questions of the Ascended Masters in the Great Hall. With Crystal and Angelic Reiki, since I’m a Level III Master in both I can not only perform energy healing as a supplementary modality to complement Western medicine (not as a substitute), but I also offer Usui Level I. I’m currently studying to be a Kundalini & Gold Reiki Master. Then, after I learn Usui Reiki Levels II and III, I can study Imara Reiki. Holy Fire Reiki is also one form of Reiki I might study later. Most of all, though, I’m also passionate about offering aspiring or existing coaches and/or entrepreneurs a pathway to sell their services online easily and effortlessly with almost zero overhead, no paid ads, and zero fancy tech. If a woman can write a Facebook post and do text messaging via FB Messenger, it’s possible for her to have a winning sales strategy using the “One Post Away” method.

While the global pandemic of COVID-19 is associated primarily with adversities, it has also brought about a true boom in startups, with successful entrepreneurship in many countries. The pandemic has impacted all of us in one way or another. Would you like to share your experience on a personal and professional level?

Around the time of the pandemic, in January 2022, I took some time off work to take care of my ailing father. This gave me even more time to myself to work on my business in my off hours. Since I didn’t have to work a 9-to-5 job at the moment, I had to take out some small loans to stay afloat financially, but it meant that I could stay at home and help my Mother (in her 80s) and my brother to take care of my Dad. Making sure my Dad was comfortable in his last years here on earth was important to me. He had literally given me the world (with the gift of maps), and I felt a great debt of gratitude to repay since he had always tried to take care of me as best as he could as his daughter. Having this time away from a typical job was also a great training ground for getting my coaching and consulting businesses off the ground. January 2022 was the first month Magnetize Consulting LLC was in business and we made $2M in promised revenue that January ($1M each to myself and my business partner). The deal fell through, however. My business partner and I also were promised an extra $15K between us. Professionally, I was having trouble keeping a teaching job because I couldn’t find an assignment which wasn’t completely overwhelming for me at the time. Shortly before I would leave my next teaching job, my Dad passed away on Sunday, March 20th, 2022. I almost can’t explain how it feels to lose a parent, but the closest I can approximate is that you feel a piece of your heart has gone missing. You keep on living, but occasionally there’s a reminder of the fact that this person who once was, is now no more (at least in the 3D plane). But, my Father lives on in my heart and I know he is never far away from me in spirit if I ever need his ethereal presence. I have had many jobs in my life, but being my Dad’s daughter was one of the most important stations I’ve ever had in my life. I often say, “Without my family, I would have nothing, do nothing, be nothing.” To a degree I feel this to be true. I owe such a great debt of gratitude to my family, that I cannot repay it all except with loyalty and the love I have in my heart. I do all my entrepreneurial ventures for my family, not just for myself alone. My brother has had difficulty finding work, so I feel it’s all on my shoulders to pull for himself and myself after my Mother can no longer help us out.

What has been the response of the users/consumers towards your venture?

Some comments about my mediumship for which I have screenshots, say the following: “wow…that’s what XYZ always told me…ur amazing.” Also…”I’m really happy that I took the session and came across your profile at the right time…will keep you in mind if I need this again.” And, “honestly i was in bad shape due to the energy and after speaking to u am at peace myself…now can rest easily too…really means a lot.” Lastly, “I just want to say thanks a lot for this. For most parts it was accurate, some parts it was very close reading. It gave me a lot of clarification about my life direction and what I need to do next. it was amazing how u tapped into the messages my close ones were giving me.” About my coaching, one testimonial from J.T. states (transcribed from the video), “Because of her…coming from the place of compassion and empathy, she was able to help me really just narrow down to what I should be focusing on day by day, and, just really…holding me accountable and ensure that I get to whatever it is that I set out to do. And, there was even a point where I was really losing the passion for just continuing to act …and eventually getting myself out there. And, because of her, because she was coming from that serving mindset, and not just….to be there, and then just be done with it, but really listening, really honing in on, you know, what is it that I’ve been struggling with, and guiding me and helping me find the answers, and not really telling me what to do, but really just coming from that serving mindset, which, I admire Natalie for that, so, if you get the chance to work with Natalie, I highly, highly recommend it. How has your life changed because of your initiative/venture?

My life has changed because I also learned from my clients. Being able to serve them at the highest level has not only been my honor but a beautiful result that I get to see people’s lives revolutionized. One of my 1:1 clients received several financial wins, which included a major promotion recently which she attributed at least partially to me in helping her to achieve. I also have in the past put together what I call “Existential Power Packs,” which usually included a First Nations smudge, some handmade jewelry (like a necklace and/or bracelet), sacred stones infused with Reiki and positive intention (for example, citrine I can send since it’s a money stone), and other blessed objects like amulets or talismans. I always send a photo of what is in the Existential Power Pack before sending them out so the client knows exactly what they’re getting. My 1:1 client purchased one for herself and one for a friend, and her friend actually received some emergency rental assistance which was attributed to having given her friend this package. I also occasionally offer my clients free gifts either in the form of services or actual packages I mail myself, so that they feel special and know I care about their well-being. My business consulting clients, I’ve had a few of those this year and generally kept fees low so it’s a win-win and clients can get some biz advice without having to break the bank! My business partner, Alia Ghosheh, is the owner of Breakthrough Healing Services, and is a Usui and Karuna Level III Master and life coach as well as co-CEO and biz coach with me at Magnetize Consulting LLC. Alia specializes in offering Shamanic Journey Rattle Sessions and sound healing for people and animals (especially cats!). She also does tarot and oracle card readings, amongst other offerings. Alia is truly like a sister to me. We text everyday and have such an amazing business partnership, it’s being in business with my best friend. Our graphic designer in the Philippines, Chelsea San Antonio, does amazing photo arrangements as well as reels for Facebook and beyond…truly an up and coming rising star. She is also someone I consider a good friend, and we also text everyday. I couldn’t have asked to be in business with two more awesome ladies! I am hoping we can build out our team to include even more amazing women, because I believe in women’s empowerment since traditionally women’s earning power has been minimized in the past compared to men. Also, when we all empower women, the world is a better place because economically speaking, it is usually the woman in a household who is responsible for keeping the household running. So the more we pay women and lift them up, the more they can lift up their own families and communities.

My Mother and my brother are two of my biggest supporters. My co-CEO, Alia, and Chelsea, my graphic designer–both Magnetize Consulting workers–are two of my biggest cheerleaders. I also have an array of coaches and/or personalities I’ve found on Facebook who are huge influences, and I’ll just name a few of them here: Kristi Heather of the Successful Wealthy Coaches FB Group, Leanne Jamie Lopez Mosley of The 7 Figure Queen Collective FB group, Christina Rowe of Women Helping Women Entrepreneurs FB Group, Andres Ruiz of I Believe in Myself Coaching, and Craig Siegel of The CLS Experience FB Group (who I might also add is going to release a book called “The Reinvention Formula” in mid-August). All these people are not only my FB Friends but I also consider them great resources and sources of inspiration.

Would you like to share with our young budding women entrepreneurs the change you would like to see in the world if given an opportunity? OR Share a motivational message for the audience/women who are reading this.

If you’re reading this, and you feel like sad, depressed, or maybe even deflated, feeling like you can’t do this–know that you absolutely can do anything you believe in your mind and heart that you can do. If you want to do a million dollars of sales in a year, you can do it. One of my coaches made a comment, “It doesn’t take time, it just takes alignment.” In 2014, I got a divorce. Later that same year, I was involved in an incident of intimate partner violence. But I never let these things consume me. Yes, my confidence took a hit, and even my finances. But these were only minor setbacks to me, because I decided that I was going to take radical responsibility, for absolutely everything in my life, even if it wasn’t my fault. I decided this was not time to make excuses, but to take massive imperfect action and to get things done. You have to move from a place of an inner knowing that a) everything will get better, and b) to work with a plan with actionable steps and benchmarks to reach your goals. So I encourage you, if you’re feeling sad…if you’re feeling depressed…if you’re feeling down…just remember that you are never alone in this world. Find someone you can reach out to, who you can talk to, even if it’s someone in the online space. With the pandemic, online communities became very important and I know many of my friends and clients are in the online space as well, often. There’s also a great free website that offers chat support called 7Cups dot com if you need free chat therapy, if maybe it’s not within your budget to pay for something like that. All the resources you need exist within you somewhere–whether it’s an idea to go online, or find them in person at a library for example. Not every woman’s sales process is going to be exactly the same. I know a coach doing six figures who all she does is post within her FB group and she just has people asking for the payment link in her DMs and that is all. There are no Zooms, no sales calls, and no cold DMs. For service delivery of your coaching you can use Voxer or Messenger, although I prefer Telegram. This is all available to you! Never forget that you are an extremely powerful being. Know that you are never alone. Last but not least, you can do anything positive upon which you set your intentions to do–so don’t be afraid to step into your power, even if it comes to you at somewhat great personal cost. I can almost guarantee you will never regret following your heart when it comes to going inward and finding what it truly is that you want to do next, in this life.
