Tanya Hadzhieva
Tanya Hadzhieva’s upbringing in a small town in Bulgaria, within an Orthodox family, played a pivotal role in shaping her spiritual journey. Attending church daily with her grandmother served as a catalyst, igniting her curiosity, and driving her to explore spirituality on a deeper level. The experiences and lessons she gleaned from her childhood have deeply influenced her perspectives and teachings.
She says that, “I was supposed to be a doctor as I was studying all my high school years to do so, but after the death of my grandmother something switched in me and I started studying in Linguistics the same time while I was in university my spiritual journey began. My grandmother is my inspiration. I have always dedicated my book to her as she deserves recognition for being a very strong woman who I still look upon.”
Was there any turning point in your life that changed your journey? If so, what was it? Please tell us the backstory behind it.
I have had two major turning points in my life. One is my grandmother leaving this world that catalyzed my own transformation for deeper meaning in life and the other is meeting my twin flame, my divine counterpart that I fell in love with when I first met him. The energy of that initial meetup is captured in my book Ruby Rose and the Crystal Palace. Both encounters have changed my life profoundly. The pain I have experienced when losing my grandmother and losing my twin flame in a separation period has been greater than anything else in my life. The twin flame energy was a gift of GOD showing me how deep I can love and what love really is, if you have not experienced it, there is no way for me to describe it.
Tell us about your goals, interests, and role models.
My goals are to inspire young adults to believe firmly in themselves and the gifts that GOD has given them. Also to inspire young women to follow their heart. Professional goals and interests I am currently pursuing is to turn the book into a movie so that we can showcase the story of the romantic fantasy better.
Everyone has their own set of challenges when starting an entrepreneurial journey. Still, the most essential part for others to learn is how you deal with those. Would you like to share with us your challenges and your coping mechanisms?
Mainly the challenges I have faced have been burned out more than once. So I am very aware of my energy and how to restore it. I believe as entrepreneurs it is hard to manage a balanced life. In this case I recommend creating some process that will help you live a balanced life between work and family and friends as it is easy to get lost on the journey. Good food, water, exercise and the main core recommendations I have and also surround yourself with successful people that you can always learn from instead of losing your time and effort somewhere else.
What impact do you feel you have been able to create with your work so far and how would you want to grow in the next few years?
My very own presence has already created impact in people, for me it is not about the numbers. If I have helped one person to change their life for the better it means I have lived a great life. My book has great reviews and has inspired many young adults to believe in their inner power and will keep inspiring. I have created a ripples effect with my public speaking helping people to wake up to a new reality. My goal will be to create a movie that would be the next step as well as my focus will be shifted on making a bigger impact by starting to study my master’s degree in Politics soon.
While the global pandemic of COVID-19 is associated primarily with adversities, it has also brought about a true boom in startups, with successful entrepreneurship in many countries. The pandemic has impacted all of us in one way or another. Would you like to share your experience on a personal and professional level?
The pandemic is why I have the book Ruby Rose and the Crystal Palace published. It helped me to have many revelations in my life, during the pandemic I realized what my heart truly loves and cherishes and it was not the job I had, but it was my relationships with the people dear to my heart. For me personally has been truly transformative in a good way.
Your journey and your vision are very inspiring, but are there any achievements or accomplishments you would like to mention?
My life and my journey are my achievements, the person I have become though all the trials and tribulations of coming from shadows to light is my victory. I have had awards because of the book and volunteered in events but these recognitions are not as important for me then my own journey and the essence of my being.
Would you like to share with our young budding women entrepreneurs the change you would like to see in the world if given an opportunity?
I would love to live in a world where people are brave enough to share what they feel towards another and open and speak from the heart. Where humans understand the divine law of free will and use it correctly. I see so much misuse of this law where kids claim to be some sort of distorted identity which they are not. We live in a world with many distortions and dystopia far from nature and the universal laws that govern us. I would love to see a world where education of this is being implemented and kids are very well aware of who they are and what their purpose is here on this planet.
What’s the most important thing you have learned in your personal life and professional journey? What is your personal motto in life?
My motto is written in my book: ” No one is you and that is your power to change your reality”
Women are a growing force in the workplaces worldwide, standing shoulder to shoulder with their male counterparts. There are cracks in glass ceilings everywhere, with many women breaking through to carve out a space right at the top of the pyramid. What are your thoughts about women’s leadership today?
I agree with the equality between man and women when it comes to payment I believe if both are putting the hours then both should be paid equally. what I do not agree is the equality between women and man will never be the same in terms of energy given by god and women are still the ones looking after babies so they should not be put under so much stress if they also are mothers and working at the same time. I am not a mother yet but i have been under so much stress at work that is not healthy for a women to carry. Women are goddesses give the divine feminine energy to carry by the divine and should be able to be a women and not be in competition to men. Men on the other hand should be able to understand women more deeply and be able to provide physical, mental and emotion and spiritual support to the woman. No one is superior to the other, we have seen the divine feminine being oppressed for centuries and finally it is rising in leadership positions which is great as long as this does not compromise your health or relationships. Balance needs to be maintained for which both parties need to be spiritually evolved and mature.
With your grit and determination, you are making a considerable impact, breaking through, and serving as role models for many budding entrepreneurs. What would you want to say to our young women leaders/audience reading this?
Be mindful of the words you speak to yourself and to others as this creates your reality. Use the power of free will wisely and be the master of your own life.
