Tell us about your life before the venture/ leading up to your venture?
I’ve always taken life as a huge opportunity to learn about myself and manifest my dreams through my talents. I have been in this journey of self development for over 20 years and throughout this time I have been applying different methodologies into the workplace and also in my life. The result of it is New Mind Consulting, an online platform that has been built with the aim of helping people across Life & Career. Learning about your emotions, removing limiting beliefs, working on the main pillars of life so you can generate positive results across all areas and start living the life you always dreamed of.
Tell us something about your organization. What is it about and how is it helpful for people?
New Mind Consulting comes with an unique concept where the focus is always the individual, the human being as a whole, in order to have a complete understanding of that individual I work with the concept of 3 brains (rational, emotional and spiritual) applying different methodologies and working through the gaps and developing strengths and power to overcome life and work challenges.
What has been the response of the consumers towards your venture?
While working in Brazil, she managed the largest outsourcing project in Latin America, where she hired 1000 people in 14 months, while also contributing to the implementations of HR and training practices for global business in Sao Paulo. In Australia, Juliana has been appointed as one of the 10 career coaches to be watched in 2021 by the Australian Business Journal and has also participated in the Australia Day Campaign for the NSW Government.
How has your life changed because of your venture?
My life has changed in a way where I can work towards achieving personal and professional goals as well as fulfilling my true purpose of adding value to people’s lives and contributing to a better society.
