What were your initial years of growing up like? Tell us about your life before the venture/ corporate journey?
I am originally from Slovakia. I was born in (then) communistic Czecho-Slovakia. The lack of freedom to travel at that time definitely inspired my desire to see the world which then led me to working in a global company and living in Spain, UAE, Vietnam, Japan and the UK.
Every industry that is now a large-scale, top-notch business once started as a small idea in the minds of entrepreneurs. What was that idea or motivation that made you start your business/initiative? What motivated you within to say “YES, go for it!”
It is my desire to make people aware that they are much more powerful than what they realize and that once we understand how extraordinary our mind in connection with our heart and body is, we are literally unstoppable. It is my mission to help people wake up.
Your journey and your vision are very inspiring, but are there any achievements or accomplishments you would like to mention?
I am very grateful I found courage to leave the comfortable role in the large organization and started my own journey as an independent coach as this is where I believe I can make more impact.
Would you like to share with our young budding women entrepreneurs the change you would like to see in the world if given an opportunity?
The change I am striving to contribute to is to live our lives from the place of LOVE instead of FEAR. Love to ourselves, love to our families, friends, strangers – even to people we don’t like.
Women are a growing force in the workplaces worldwide, standing shoulder to shoulder with their male counterparts. There are cracks in glass ceilings everywhere, with many women breaking through to carve out a space right at the top of the pyramid. What are your thoughts about women’s leadership today?
I would love to see a world where it does not matter what gender, color, race, etc we are. Whether a woman or a man – the best person for the job should be in the role. And not only from the place of driving the financial and hard results but from the place of leading with compassion, bringing EQ into our workplaces, connection and vulnerability. We need HUMANS in leadership roles – no matter whether it is men and women.
What would you want to say to our young women leaders/audience reading this?
Love yourself exactly as you are – because you are perfect and there’s no one else like you. Use that uniqueness to fulfill your dreams.
