Tell us about your life before the venture/ leading up to your venture?
Like a butterfly, my life developed in profound transformation. From re-starting my life five times to a time of deep hopelessness and depression, my experience was leveraged into a new project. I changed from being “invisible” with a total lack of self-confidence to becoming a professional Coach and Motivational Speaker.
Tell us something about your organization. What is it about and how is it helpful for people?
I founded Inner Skills Coaching to help people to develop their core “inner skills” to their best. Delivering NLP Coach, Time Line Therapy and Hypnotherapy, I help women to believe in themselves and transform their insecurities into strengths.
Working with professionals stuck in their careers due to personal limiting beliefs or experiences from their past, my passion is to lead them to overcome those issues and take the decisions that allow them to evolve—the journey from their hidden place to shine into new opportunities.
What has been the response of the consumers towards your venture?
To listen to a client say, “you changed my life“, is the best recognition.
Life changing is the response, changing from being stuck in an unhappy life to taking action in developing a new career and life.
How has your life changed because of your venture?
After my childhood and teen years, dealing with rejection and the profound grief of losing my father to cancer, I grew up with a total lack of confidence. From a process of transformation, I learned that “Suffering can make us mentally stronger“, aiming now to help others to evolve.
My life journey brought me to this venture and purpose, as this venture also changed my life, to a new career and also the passion for mental health and motivation, as I mentioned in my TEDx talk.

“The moment you forgive your past is when you start living your future“.
You cannot transform or delete your past, whatever negative impact it had on you, but you can change how you relate to it. When you “forgive” it, you will release the negative impact and understand that it is part of your past but not part of you.
Struggles make us strong; you are already stronger than you think.
