Natasha Fernandes is someone who leads from her heart, aims for the sky and has her feet firmly on the ground. She is a Clinical Psychologist, Certified Organizational Development, Wellness and Empowerment Coach. She coaches individuals and helps start up organizations achieve their dreams and create an empowered life of their choice.
She is a Facilitator & Trainer, mentoring and coaching Individuals & Groups on Business, Relationship, Wellness and life skills.
Tell us about your life before the venture/ leading up to your venture?
I was told to look for a job just like all youngsters are advised, and I always had a sense of knowing that I am not meant to do a desk job. I do not mean to say it’s not a good thing, it wasn’t enough for me. From a young age of 18, through various initiatives that I took in college, I started enjoying leadership, training, and witnessing its impact on the masses, and that was the knowing I followed to have a venture of my own, even without much belief and support from family and friends who considering a job to be safer!
I was more than willing to dive into unknown territories. the thrill, excitement and fulfillment it has brought to me is incomparable.
Tell us something about your organization. What is it about and how is it helpful for people?
My Venture is about empowering people from all walks of life, be it in the personal space or the professional space.
Empowerment! Transformation! Empathy!
These are the driving forces.
What has been the response of the consumers towards your venture?
Consumers/Clients have always responded in a very receptive manner to the empowerment and change that they are willing to have in their lives and that is the reason that they have allowed me to be their Therapist/Coach/Mentor.
The appreciation and trust of my clients has led my work to be featured in Times of India, Bombay Times, Big FM 92.7 for shows and interviews, and have won accolades as a District Officer at many levels for Leadership, Community Service, and also in collaboration with UNICEF.
How has your life changed because of your venture?
My life has changed 360 degrees and continues to change with each day, and each session. I have had the sense of fulfilment when my clients make progress in their own set goals, and my ability to facilitate them is what I consider as a gift from the almighty.
Give a motivational message for the audience/women who are reading this.
Always, Always, Always trust your awareness, follow your heart, venture into brave territories and live a life which is made of fulfillment so that when you look back, even 6 months from now you won’t have a single choice you regretted making and living.
And remember you are never too much for anyone!!
